The Storage Room is a valet-style, door-to-door storage service designed for apartment living. Traditional self-storage requires driving across town, navigating contracts, and hauling all your items — we eliminate all of that with a simple, seamless experience. We deliver our signature storage bins directly to your home. Once you’ve packed at your convenience, our team returns to securely pick them up and store them in our monitored storage facility. Every step is designed to be effortless, organized, and stress-free. Through your online account, you can keep track of what you have in storage and schedule returns or exchanges whenever you need something back. When you’re ready, we’ll bring your items back to your door — no car, no storage unit, no hassle.

How long does it take to get my storage bins back?

Our standard storage bins are larger and more durable than the typical storage bins you’ll find at big-box or home improvement stores. Each bin measures 30” L × 22” W × 20.5” H on the outside, with generous interior space of 28.7” L × 20.8” W × 18.8” H — providing 6.1 cubic feet of storage per bin. That means more room for bulkier items like bedding, coats, small appliances, shoes, décor, and seasonal essentials — so you can store more with fewer bins.


Are there any additional fees?

No hidden fees. You pay a monthly subscription based on your plan, plus a $20 return service fee when you request your bins back. Simple and transparent.


How do I schedule a pickup or request a retrieval?

All pickups and drop-offs are scheduled through your customer portal. Just log in, select the bins you need returned, choose a date and time, and we’ll handle the rest. When you’re ready to put your bins back into storage, simply schedule a pickup — and we’ll return them to our facility after your drop-off window.


In most cases, storage bins can be delivered the same day as long as the retrieval is scheduled before 2:00 PM. Requests made after 2:00 PM will be delivered the following day, right to your door. We make every effort to deliver as quickly and conveniently as possible, while keeping scheduling predictable and reliable.
